The place is perfect…. 5 min ride on the bike to the centre of Patong. The staff are amazing too….. really helpful and they looked after us so well. I’d def stay again.

the room cleaner always helpful and friendly she looked after us.
I go to SM i because i like swimming in the pool but on this occasion the pool was filthy and was unable to use for nearly 4 weeks until my final day when it had been cleaned I was not happy especially that I had complained on the 2nd day of my arrival 9/7/26 we vacated on 10/8, otherwise all good but a medium score of 6.
