It’s a very unassuming property from the road but the inside is gorgeous, there’s a nice area to sit outside, and it’s full of amenities (including a washing machine and a small oven!). It definitely helps to take a bus or drive out here though instead of trying to walk all the way from Mito station.
No staff on site and no communication with them through the Booking app, but if you speak Japanese they’re very helpful over the phone.

管理人さんがとても親切。置いてある本も自分の好みに合っていた。わんちゃんに優しくご対応いただきました。
他の宿泊者さんガチャのようなところもありますが、
夜中12時前に帰宅されてガッチャンガッチャンお風呂に入ったり大音量でスマホYouTubeを見る方がいて、なかなか寝付けなかった。

ゲストハウス（シェアハウス的な？）でしたご、たまたま利用が私一人だった為、気兼ねなく広々とした空間でのんびりしました。
民泊？みたいな感じだったので、戸締まりをしてしまっても良いの？オーナーさんとか帰宅するの？と鍵を閉めるのに戸惑いがありました（出入りは引き戸の家の中から閉める鍵だったので）。また、駐車場が少し分かりにくく、滞在している人間がほぼいないのに、スペースの空きがほぼ無い…と言う不可解な状況に戸惑いました。
