Within 20 minute walking distance from hotel to centre of Perugia. Great selection for breakfast. Room very clean and beds very comfortable. Free parking. Nice staff.
The safe in our room was broken and was not replaced or repaired during our stay. We therefore had to carry our passports with us while touring the city (which we preferred not to do).

The hotel was rather tired but rooms were very clean and beds comfortable; the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Both the restaurant and bar were closed which in itself was not a problem, more a disappointment. However we were not impressed with the breakfast where selection was poor and often items had not been replenished. We had problems with availability of hot water on two occasions.
Reviews had led us to believe that access to the town was good but it was a long walk to reach the escalators that took you into the centre. There was a good restaurant nearby but no bars so it was a trek to go into town for an evening. Of course a taxi is a possibility.
