Excellent location. Very nice and attentive staff. Beautiful views of the city from the 9th floor.

I’ve liked that when we asked we need earlier checkin, the staff allowed us to checkin 1,5h earlier. Thank you.
The hotel could be good one. But the standards and effort of staff made it a road through hell:
1. Bad smell - from the binging there was odour in the room. After complaining quickly came technical staff. The sprayed something and promise it will be better. It was not till the end of the stay.
2. Cleanliness of the room - we have noticed that linen in the bed is not clean. Marks of previous guests (see pictures). Once again we asked staff to come. They promised to send house keeping manager. But they sent cleaner. We asked once again for a manager. Then came manager. She could not speak english. So she repeated „only this?”. We replied that the room is generally dirty showing next places. For example the walls in shower cabin had signs of soap from previous guests. They asked for 1 hour.So we decided to leave the room and they promised to clean.
3. Doors not locking - when we returned we were happy that we can go now for some dinner. What was our surprise that the doors was not locking (pushed doors was not holding). So the reception gave me the analog key to close. It was also not working. Again the genitor came and promised he will solve that. We took valuable things and left again the room.
4. The bad smell returned so I said that when we were in the room odour was less noticeable. The reception said they will give as „BIS” card (cards are precoded so better not loose one because you get only one). So we put spare card. The card opened doors but was not enabling electricity nor A/C.
Whole hotel has a potential. But for example over receptionist is a lamp. Whole dirty. So I said friendly during checkout that they should clean it because it makes bad first impression. He laughed and replied „oh, only this”.
This is the standard of this hotel: not the worst. But the staff has bad standards.
