The staff were very nice, especially the guy at reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming.
The location is also perfect, with excellent connections to both the train station and the city centre.
We had a small issue with the bathroom cleanliness upon arrival, as it wasn’t properly cleaned. Apart from that, the room feels a little outdated and could benefit from some modernisation. We also weren’t sure which Wi-Fi network to connect to, as the information wasn’t clear.

It is not as bad as what people say. I’m a solo traveller, but I’m given a room with 2 beds. The facilities are okay.
