The location in a beautiful bay with easy access to the beach. Beautiful looking Italian villa.
The services and the restaurant staff were not up to the hotel standard. Also, there were ants in the restaurant area (also in the food), so pest control measures are necessary.

Front of the sea -spacious room -pool location
Staff at the restaurent -food over price extra charges on everything this was our less favorite food in all our Italy trip it was pricey and staff were not welcome
