Very clean, comfortable and modern unit. Everything we needed was provided plus little extras as well. Great location only a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants.
The only thing that was a concern was there was no sensor lighting coming into the property when it was dark. It was very hard to see when driving in but worse when we walked back from shops.

The 1 bedroom unit had a well equipped kitchen with oven and cooktop, air fryer and microwave. All cooking bowls pots and utensils Crockery and cutlery were clean and looked new. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and included a washing machine if needed. All very clean. Situated near shops and beach.
Front door was very tight to open and close. Had to be careful that it was shut and locked when you went out.

The place was well kept, the room was clean and communication via text was clear and information provided was good
The main window on the living area had no blind just a light lace curtain. No privacy from the shared courtyard area. Or insulation from the cold. While the revers cycle air conditioner kept the main room warm, the bedroom was cold. Bedding was inadequate for this time of year. Just one small blanket in the cupboard. Should have been a Donna on the main bed in a Donna cover. Do not use them without a cover, not good Hygiene. Hot water is an on-demand system. The kitchen tap refused to provide hot water no matter how long we ran it, shower and bathroom sink worked fine. Noticed this building was different to the others being a light frame Fibro construct, all other buildings were brick and mostly empty. Also not everyone is comfortable using an electric blanket, we would still use it short term and turn it off after warming the bed. But not enough covers to keep the bed warm anyway. We slept in our track pants and hoodies to stay warm
