Not one complaint, other than perhaps the odd lumpy pillow but we had excellent customer service and it was a lovely apartment. One of the best places we've ever stayed and a great location. The pub around the corner (the Minster Inn) was superb too, warm welcome, delicious food and great beer.
A bit more cupboard space in the rooms would have been nice but this didn't spoil our great stay.

Spacious and very comfortable, well equipped, lovely decor throughout.
Perfect location.
The en-suite bedroom has no mirrors! The wall to wall mirrored cabinets in the bathroom are too high for someone not tall.. That bedroom needs a mirror.

Great apartment.
Well presented and finished to a high standard.
Great location for walking into the city center.
Parking a bonus too !

Location was just what we wanted. The coffee machine was a welcome addition.
Lack of WiFi. Poor replacement 4g WiFi kit which wouldn’t work 75% of the time. Main shower didn’t work, no hot water. Settee was too low.
