A Quirky Property with Serious Management Concerns
The Property: A charming, historic house absolutely full of character. However, if you are a light sleeper, be aware that it sadly lacks adequate soundproofing.
The Hospitality: The evening meal extravaganza was certainly memorable, but not entirely for the right reasons. Despite being a qualified chef, the high spirited inebriated hostess demonstrated a shocking disregard for basic health, safety, and food hygiene—culminating in her pouring wine directly from her own personal glass into a guest's glass.
A Quick Tip: Make sure to double-check your bill before checking out, as mistakes do occur.
Summary: While the house itself has a lot of character, the lack of sound proofing, the erratic hospitality, lack of hygiene standards, and billing errors mean we won't be returning.
