The space is very clean, with every corner tidy. The heater works well and keeps the place warm. Everything in the room is great and comfortable. The appliances, like the fridge and kitchen utensils, are in good condition.
The water pressure in the shower is a little low, and the layout from the bedroom to the bathroom isn’t the most convenient. However, I think this issue might only apply to this particular room, and I believe the others will be fine.

Great location for our visit to Scarborough’s Open Air Theatre.
Apartment was well presented and clean and the lady of the house kindly left us a card which allowed us to park on the street free of charge.
Our main issue was the designated check out time of 10am. On a Sunday morning, after a night out, this booting out time seemed a little mean. The standard 11am check out time would have allowed us to eat our breakfast at leisure instead of having to rush everything.
The apartment was nicely decorated but could have done with a few more hooks, shelves and coat hangers for towels. toiletries and clothes.

Ground floor, appeared quite recently refurbished.
No T.V package as stated, even when asked to confirm. No excuses offered as to why, along with no worthwhile internet, had to rely on own mobile device. Front blinds not working properly, front window jammed. Restricted movement at end of bed, due to pillars. Could go on...
