Positives:
- Amazing staff, all very helpful and friendly
- The airport shuttle is a life-saver
- The restaurant on the terrace is top notch. So many delicious options and it's all quite fresh!
- The views from the terrace are some of the best you can find in Bogotá
- Room was super clean
- Internet (Wi-Fi) was terrible! They really need to step up here
- Room was a bit too cold, not well-insulated (no A/C) or protected from the street noise. It can be quite loud
- Water is not that warm
