Ho fatto una brevissima sosta di una notte ma ho apprezzato particolarmente lo smart check-in, la pulizia della struttura e l’ambiente nella sua interezza. Particolare nota di merito al proprietario che è stato velocissimo a rispondere e risolvere un disguido della piattaforma e super disponibile riguardo alla questione.

The biggest advantage of this apartment is its fantastic location. It is just a short walk from Udine’s beautiful historic center, with plenty of excellent cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Everything is within walking distance, so once you arrive, you hardly need your car.
The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and very convenient. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and basic kitchen facilities.
Free parking. 10 minuts to go,
The only downsides are that the apartment feels a little small, could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and is not the most practical choice for a longer stay. It is also located next to a road, although the air conditioning allows you to keep the windows closed, making it comfortable inside.

- parcheggio molto distante dalla struttura, che ha fatto si di parcheggiare nei parcheggi blu davanti alla struttura
- appartamento al piano terra con le finestre che danno sulla strada, quindi nessuna possibilità di lasciare delle finestre aperte per arieggiare per evitare malintenzionati, inferiate presenti ma molto larghe.

- soggiorno piccolo per aprire comodamente il divano letto
- bagno un po sporco
- cortiletto sporco, con attrezzatura rovinata e da buttare abbandonata nel sottoscala
