Its a room. The bathroom has mold in the tiles. Wear shower shoes. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were hard. Noise level was OK after 10 PM.

There was next to no water preassure, the plug in the sink didn't close. the internet was incredible low, most of the time not working at all. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything and some guests were loud! It is not a nice area in general, a lot of homeless people around. I am not picky but this was too much.

This hotel had no blow dry. Not even at the front desk which was a hassle for me. As I was there for a wedding and needed to get ready. I had to leave and drive to a store to purchase one. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall very disappointed

Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The interior of the building could use a paint job and new carpet. The hotel is very quiet.

Clean and tidy with exceptional service. Not a big fan of the wooden floors in the room, also no elevators for the 2nd floor. Would book 1st floor next time.

The toilet was dirty as in someone had used it to go # 2, and then it wasn’t properly cleaned before I arrived, and then it stopped working all together, so calling it a ‘Quality Inn’ is really a misnomer.

Worst stay ever! The people staying at this place were all ghetto and losers.
They put us in a room on the 2nd floor. The ghettos next door talked all thru the night even though we knocked the walls…then later they smoked marijuana and it stank the whole area! We had to tell the front desk in the morning and they kicked them out!! The rest of the hotel rooms were not any better!! You can smell ghettoness and marijuana thru out the place!
I could not slept thru all this!
Pls be aware and not stay here … especially with kids!!

The people next door are loud and won’t shut up

Property was filthy. Linen on the bed was stained in several places. There was trash in the hallway and on the carpet. It was obvious the property was not cleaned for a long time. Carpets were dirty throughout the hallways.

Room was nice and clean. Hallway walls looked like it was getting painted/repaired. We were on the 1st floor, turned the heat on and it smelt like urine. Not sure if this was an area where homeless people roam and they just decide to be little punks by urinating on heating/ac units. Shower was just hot hot water. When I turned in the shower faucet, water was greyish but eventually became clear. It was cold at first but afterwards it was just Hot. Tried to turn it to cold, but nothing. Maybe get that checked.

I like the way the receptionist welcomed me. Breakfast was horrible. Pan cake dispenser did not work. Second night, at 2 am, my sleep was disturbed by a loud sound from a pipe after the person above me on the second floor flushed the toilet, associated with every 15 minute walking, dropping things sometimes running movements.

This place doesn't have an elevator so anyone who has problems with climbing stairs shouldn't stay here unless they have rooms available on the first floor.
I had a problem with my room ac unit and although the maintenance guy responded in a timely manner and fixed the problem, i didn't appreciate him turning my camera down i take for security purposes when i stay in hotels.

The room was nice. The hand rails on the stairs were loose, would have been nice to have an elevator. Better breakfast! A lot of the stuff was broken down and needed to be replaced!

I was on a road trip and was looking for the most budget friendly place, i landed upon this joint. At check in the guy who attended me was very nice. As for the hotel, budget is all i can really say. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy, just in and out. I could hear other people's AC's at night, but no biggie. My bed would creak as well haha. Otherwise good stay, would stay again if on a budget

The room above mine had a motor that kept turning off and on all night keeping me awake. The room smelled like a dog and had a used coffee pod still in the coffeemaker, and the coffee was horrible.

No hair dryer,had to buy one. No iron, bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Dirty walls, switch plates and plug ins. Filthy bedspread horrible pillows

Lousy neighborhood...
Carpet outside bathroom was wet, so I threw down a towel to walk on...it came up black and dirty.
Hairdryer did not work and front desk lady said she didn't have an extra so couldn't help me.
When looking for an inexpensive hotel, I would definitely look elsewhere!

Terrible cleanliness - mold in the shower, broken shower head, thermostat falls out of the wall, damaged walls, ripped curtains, stsined chair, dirty carpet, smelly room, daily room service limited to emptying trash cans - nothing else no coffee refills in the room, no coffee in the breakfast room. Noisy hallways. Staff was great, facility was not.

Although the woman at the front desk was very nice, the condition of hotel and location was so substandard that we didn’t even stay there. We booked another hotel right away.

The hotel was not clean and we had to wait almost 10 minutes just to be acknowledged as no one was at the desk when we arrived and they did not respond to the bell or calling out. When they finally came it felt like we were inconveniencing them, there were no greetings or anything really just a yes? then ok give me your id and passed me the key with mumbled instructions on where to find our room. As we walked up the stairs (no elevator) we noticed the filthy carpet and upon entering our room found the connecting door was open and the adjoining room was occupied! (awkward) We were so exhausted from our road trip that we decided to stay, if we had the energy we would have left at that point. The walls are paper thin and we could hear men laughing and partying from down the hall as well as the conversation from the next room.

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s no elevator, which made getting luggage to the second floor a little challenging, but we made it work. There wasn’t much in the way of a “hot breakfast”… just bagels, waffles and your standard yogurt, oatmeal and fruit. Still, it was satisfying and a pleasant stay overall.
