About this cabin rental
This is a small cabin in a creek bottom. It's quiet and cozy. There's 20 acres to hike and a creek to walk and play in. Property boundaries are marked with purple. There's a hot-tub by the campfire pit. It's between Columbia and Jeff City, very close to Ashland and Hartsburg. I do live on the property. I will give you as much privacy as you want. The hot tub is in a common, open area a couple hundred feet from the cabin. My windows are covered and it will be all yours. I am not able to get internet down here so there is no WiFi. Verizon has service here but other cell phone carriers may not.
There is a low water crossing, it does flash flood easily. Weather might stop you from coming or going.
It doesn’t stay up that long once the rain dies down but it does get uncrossable at times. Drive a high clearance vehicle!

Our second time staying here. We will definitely be back again. This little gem doesn't disappoint. Tobey is fantastic as a host. Easy to work with and accommodating to schedules. The property is rustic, secluded...great for a no-kids getaway. Sitting in the hot tub at night, seeing stars you can't see in the city, listening to silence except for nature is the best part for us. Looking forward to coming nack, this time in the fall.
