The Seagulls Nest is perfect for your next getaway! Sparkling clean 3 bedroom home with fenced in yard just minutes from the bay. Bedroom 1 has a full bed and bureau. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a bureau. Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed that converts to 2 twin beds, a bureau and 2 closets. Sheets and towels are included and each bed has a cozy quilt and pillows. Your bed will be made and ready for your arrival! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook; even a Crockpot so your meals can be ready when you step off the beach. We have a gas grill outback, patio set and an enclosed outside shower to enjoy after a day at the beach. Living room has a nice large sofa and a small sofa to enjoy your favorite movies. We have a smart TV with Hulu. There are also plenty of books and magazines to read. We supply 4 beach tags to use during your stay to the beaches in Cape May. The front porch has a little bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee or a few blocks away is a new coffee shop (Bravado) that has a cool vibe and great breakfast sandwiches. The street in front has little local traffic. It's a quiet residential neighborhood. We welcome 1 well behaved dog at an additional $50 per night. The yard has plenty of grass and is wide open for kids to play and your dog to run. You are just a few steps away from an old fashioned ice cream shop (Milky Way) with a mini golf course. There is also a great seafood take out place just a short distance as well; Fish & Fancy. Come for a few days, a weekend or a week or two! Cape May is just 15 minutes away with excellent shops and restaurants, Wildwood is 15 minutes away with waterparks and amusement rides. Ocean City is 45 minutes away with a fun boardwalk or take a trip to the casinos in Atlantic City (about an hour away). It's also fun to take The Cape May Lewes Ferry across the bay to Delaware for the day. Cape Henlopen State Park has a great beach with hiking and biking trails, Rehoboth Beach has a fun boardwalk and the town of Lewes has quaint shops and restaurants. So much to see and do....come stay with us! CANCELLATION POLICY. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a 10% Fee). The earlier you notify us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting. 2. PROPERTY CONDITION / SECURITY DEPOSITS. When you arrive, please check the vacation rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. No physical damage, vacation rental and yard neat and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trash removed, etc. Late check-out, trash left, or vacation rental or grounds needing more-than-reasonable cleaning are grounds for security deposit claims. If there are no problems, deposits will be returned by mail 30 days after the date of departure. If we are going to make a claim on your security deposit, we will e-mail you describing the details within 30 days. 3. OWNERS SET SPECIFIC RULES. regarding the maximum number of occupants, pets, smoking, etc. As the property owner, we enforce these rules, and may evict renters or their guests when they are exceeded. If pets are not allowed at the vacation rental, that includes pets belonging to your guests. Large gatherings, house parties, etc., are absolutely not allowed unless approved when your booking is made in writing. Sub-letting is not permitted. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the vacation rental, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the vacation rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time. 4. OCCUPANCY. In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of subject property which is ?. Guests must be at least 25 years old and only family groups are to occupy the Rental Property as required by Owner. All guests age 2 and over are counted as guests. Any reservation made under false pretenses and/or any party falsely representing the number people in the home is subject to immediate eviction without refund. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of this rental agreement. No fraternities, school, civic or other non-family groups are allowed unless Owner grants prior approval. In no event shall guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind. Guest hereby acknowledges and grants specific permission to property owner to enter premises at any time for inspection purposes should we reasonably believe that Guest is causing or has caused any damage to the Rental Property. Guest further agrees to grant property owner access to Rental Property for purposes of maintenance and repair. 5. THE OWNERS AND ASSOCIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation rental. The property owners will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property. The use of the pool is at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injury while using the pool. There is no lifeguard. 6. YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY if a maintenance problem develops at your vacation rental so we can have it remedied as quickly as possible. Owners reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the vacation rental with reasonable notice, or without notice if you cannot be reached. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, etc. in Rental Property although property owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. Also, no refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuation of the area due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations. 7. KEY Procedures: Keys to the property will be at the property in a lock box. Renter will be given the code on or about 2 days before arrival either text or email with directions to the property. The day of check-out, please place the keys backin the lock box. 8. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE. This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. We have described our vacation rental in detail to the best of our ability, but we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location. 9. LEGAL DISPUTE. In the event it is necessary to resolve any legal disputes between the parties under this rental agreement, the tenant agrees to reimburse landlord all landlord's costs of litigation and costs of collection, including, but not limited to, landlord's attorneys fees and court costs." 10. PAYMENT. As of the time of booking, the following charges are in effect. These charges may change over time as Renter requests other services. The place was clean and well organized. We only stayed one night but it was the perfect place for us. Looking forward to returning and spending more time there.

Anthony was so accommodating, polite and professional. The property was adorable and super clean. Had everything you needed and it was decorated and updated so lovely. This location was a perfect spot to get to everything from the grocery store to cape mays most popular and fun locations. From Washington street mall to cold spring grange to the wineries. So convenient yet so private and in a lovely neighborhood. Any questions I needed answered he was quick to respond and helpful. Would def go back again next year. Thank you so much!

The yard had a fence. That was a nice surprise. It was great for accommodating our dog. The house was very clean. Everything seemed fresh. There was coffee grounds and laundry pods for using. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and equipment. The beds were very uncomfortable. It is a very small house. It served our needs. The hosts were great and very communicative. They had (if it were in season) beach tags for the usage. There was a nice book with lots of recommendations. I did not need that as I grew up there. But it was nice to see included.

The home was very clean, cute and a 15 minute walk to the bay with the dog. It was very comfortable. Loved the coffee place 2 blocks away. We would do it again.

Very clean and renovated recently. Very squeaky bedroom door that could disturb other sleepers. Owner set air conditioner controls- could have been cooler especially trundle bedroom which had no ceiling fan. Didn’t want to bother him to lower temperature for a 2nd time. Overall it was a cute little vacay house.
