Situated in Nicosia City, this lovely condo for $37 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary The apartment is in a very quiet area. All amenities in walking distance, specially the inter city bus stops and a big grocery that name is Metropol Supermarket where you can find for need (daily hot meal, chicken meat). Shoping center is near the Metropol Supermarket. Also there are a lot of deliver meal (specially Eziç restaurant). *Two swimming pools are in 5 mins by driving. Guest have to pay for use them. There is the Marmara Park 50 meters and Kızılbaş Park 500 meters from away the apartment. There is a fast and free WIFI, a free car park (under the apartment), and free washing machine (in the flat). The Place There are 10 flats in the apartment where families stay. Our flat is on the first floor. The 90 square meter flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 open living room kitchen and a balcony with mountain view. The apartment can sleep up to 5 adults comfortably. There is a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. The fifth person can sleep on the large seats in the living room. Linens are provided, and each guest has bath, and face towels. There is a 42" HD TV w/ free Hotbird and Turksat satellites channels & HDMI cable in the living room. In the big kitchen, there is the two-compartment freezer / refrigerator, dishwasher machine, 4-burners gas stove, oven, microwave, and electric kettle. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Also there is a washing machine, and a drying rack for clothes. The flat is fully air conditioned. Each unit provides cool or warm air, as required. Also there are 2 mobile fans. * Hot water: The water of the apartment is heated by solar panels on the roof during the summer months, or indeed any time when the sun is shining. There is some form of electrical immersion backup heating system for overcast days. Neighborhood Our apartment is at the perfect location and very silent. Most of building is detached that live kindly family. Our apartment is between 3 main directions. One of them name is Yüzbaşı Tekin Yurdabak Caddesi, second name is Kemal Aksay Caddesi, third name is Şehit Kemal Ünal Caddesi. The perfect Metropol Süpermarket is at this aveneu where you can find everthing what do you need inculud dealy hot meal. Main directions have restaurants, cafes, groceries, pharmacies, bus stops, shops, IVF centers, hospitals etc. There are a lot of deliver meal. Also there is a very beautiful park 50 meters away from the apartment those name is Marmara Park. Children can play this park and there is a walking track. Also there is the Kızılbaş Park in 5-10 mins far away walking distance. There is no traffic, the area is quiet and a safe and decent environment for families. Getting around and transport The apartment is 22 km away from the Ercan Airport, 65 km away from the Larnaca Airport. Ercan Airport: You can come to Nicosia bus terminal from the Ercan airport by KIBHAS company buses, paying a fee of 100 TRY. The bus terminal is very close to our apartment by car, and I can happily pick you up from the terminal with my private vehicle for free, and drop you off at the terminal again on your departure day. Larnaca Airport: You can come with bus from Larnaca airport to the Nicosia center. If you come with taxi from Nicosia center to border gate (which name is Kermia Crossing) I can pick you up with his car from there. The inter city minibus (Dolmuş) stop is on front of the flat. There is a bus every 10 minutes. You can easily go to the border gate in 10 minutes by minibus. You can rent a bicycle from the bicycle rental point (owned by Nicosia Turkish Municipality), which is very close to the apartment (200 metres), and you can travel all over Nicosia. If you want to cross to Southern Cyprus, you can deliver the bike to the station at the border gate. PLEASE NOTE THAT Limit applied to prevent luxury consumption in electricity. 50 kWh electrcity consumption per week included in the price. For more consumed to pay extra fee (1kWh=20penny). Our experience: An average of 30 kWh was consumed in a week in spring and autumn, and 150 kWh in a week in summer and winter. **If people other than those specified in the reservation come to the house, £5 is extra paid per person per day.
