Remodeled in November 2024! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 2BR/1.5 BA home in Avon Lake Cottage District. Very Spacious Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. 2 Bedrooms upstairs.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Complete remodel of existing home that has a fenced in back yard if you choose to bring your pet. All new hardwood flooring restoration and paint. All new furniture and beds!
Whole house rental includes Wifi and Two Roku TVs . Washer & Dryer, Fully Functional Kitchen, Coffee, Tea & Soda provided as well as many complimentary household items such as soap, shampoo, conditioners, many convenient household products for short or long stays!
Downstairs is very roomy. 2 Bedroom located on 2nd Floor. Master Bathroom has a queen bed, sitting area and a TV. 2nd Bedroom has a double size bed. Inflatable double mattress available if needed.
Guests do not have access to garage.

All the positive comments about the house that I read prior to my visit were spot on - Very clean, great location, older home nicely updated, easy check in, responsive host, etc. I will try to book this place again next time I am in Cleveland!!

Great home!!! Clean, fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood! Enjoyed the Kitchen (coffee!) and relaxing in the open livingroom space Great location for enjoying the local outdoors. Nice trails for walking and biking, close to beach and able to walk to local pubs and restaurants.
