The hotel was comfortable and had a nice layout. The food was amazing and the staff very accommodating.
The bedroom net curtain needs replacing. Its got mould at the bottom of it. Also the carpet needs a bit of a clean. The lift smells awful and needs an upgrade. We did expect to have a coffee pod machine in the room as you're paying a lot of money to stay.

Lovely hotel with nice facilities. The room was a good size and overlooked the golf course. The staff were great and friendly especially the guy who was looking after the desk overnight. Unfortunately I can't remember his name.
The room doesn't have any Aircon, so because it was a hot day it was quite warm in the room. However two fans were provided which helped. I planned to use the leisure facilities the morning I was checking out but unfortunately it was closed for a private event 😕

staff very helpful and friendly. restaraunt was fairly good
bed was uncomfortable due to mattress sagging in middle. Plastic water bottles in room. Surely its time to stop using one user plastic as much as possible
