Der Schnitt des Hauses und die Zimmeraufteilung sind gut. Die offene Küche ist super und ein Gaskamin ist in der kalten Jahreszeit sehr praktisch. Der Blick auf die Pferdekoppel ist toll und es gibt eine Ladestation für e-Autos. In einem separaten kleinen Nebengebäude befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, was bei guter Pflege nicht schlimm ist. Allerdings waren bei Ankunft in fast jedem Zimmer tote Fliegen und Spinnweben zu finden. Das Geschirr war leider zum Teil verdreckt und nicht vollständig. So fehlten u.a. tiefe Teller und eine große Kelle. Leider war nicht wie angeben ein Treppenschutzgitter für Kinder am oberen Teil der Treppe angebracht. Spuren waren jedoch sichtbar, dass sich hier mal eins befand. Da der Flur oben sehr schmal ist, wäre vor allem dort ein Schutz sinnvoll. Zudem waren Töpfchen und Toilettenaufsatz nicht zu finden - obwohl diese eindeutig im Inserat aufgelistet waren. Auch der abgebildetete Grill war nichr vorhanden. Im Schuppen stand ein kleiner Grill, der allerdings sehr verdreckt und dadurch nicht nutzbar war.
Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen. Das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer quietscht bei jeder Bewegung.
In einem separaten kleinen Nebengebäude befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner. Jedoch ist dieser Raum mit Gerümpel vollgestellt und verdreckt. Dort befand sich auch der Staubsauger, der keine Saugleistung mehr zeigt und beim Saugen müffelt.
Das familienfreundliche ausgewiesene Highlight im Garten, also die Schaukel und das Spielhaus, sind leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, nicht gepflegt und aus unserer Sicht nicht ausreichend sicher. Beim Schaukeln bewegte sich das komplette Gerüst.
