Localização excelente, praticamente ao lado da praia .
Imóvel espaçoso, e arejado , possui ventilador .
Proprietária simpática e muito atenciosa, caseiro muito educado e prestativo
Móveis muito antigos , alguns com grande desgaste , perigoso causar algum acidente.
Não havia microondas, estava com crianças e nos fez muita falta um microondas.
