Pleasant stay for 2 days. Very close to KIMS Hospital, which was my preference.

The property has no room service or breakfast.
It's the only negative aspect. There was no tea bags, coffee, sugar or milk in the room though they have provided a kettle .
Minimum room service at least.

Staff when available were courteous and polite.
The air-conditioning in the bedroom was working well. Towels were provided.
The property did not look anything like what's shown in the picture . The facilities were quite basic, the kitchen did not have any equipments, not even a kettle. I cut my leg on the side of the bed and there wasn't any first aid kit available or staff at the reception to get first aid.
We had air-conditioning only in the bedroom. There are as no kettle, no fridge and no other kitchen equipments
