Lovely grounds and garden, bit early for a swim but my husband did! Staff helpful and great. Breakfast yummy and our room was beautiful.

lovely building and surroundings, comfortable room and bed. Beautiful terrace and garden for breakfast.
Staff weren't great - (either ignored you or then tried too hard) and not keen on having someone knock on the door late evening and hand over a 'gratuity' envelope.
Room access up a very tight and steep spiral staircase - not ideal.
Breakfast was 'interesting'.... some lovely elements like the fruit and breads but disgusting coffee
