The worst place that we ever stayed.

Only the location.

I'd like to make a complain about our recent stay at Belissimo apartamento in Salvador Bahia. We have been using booking.com for several years and this was the worst place we have ever stayed. We sent these complaints to the owner of the apartment after 2 days, but there was not even a response or attempt trying to help at all. 1) the windows in the living room and bedroom nr2 (beach side) could not be fully closed so the wind blows and noise coming in all day and night. 2) the curtains in bedroom nr2 can not be fully closed, they are way to short, so the sun shines in all day and we can not sleep after 5am as it is bright inside the room. 3) the whole apartment smells really bad, it clearly has not been cleaned properly. 4) there was a dead cockroach in the kitchen (again, lack of cleaning after previous guests) 5) the microwave owen is disguistingly dirty and smells extremely bad. Same with the owen. We were unable to use these facilities. 6) we are 4 people and needed 2 bathrooms however bathroom nr2 is so small that it can not be used by any adults, neither the toilet, nor the shower due to lack of space. We only had 1 useable bathroom instead of two. 7) some sockets are unsafe to use and appear dangerous. 8) there is dirt everywhere, particularly on the upper wardrobes, the upper tiles in the bathrooms and generally the upper parts of any rooms. 9) the fridge is leaking water. We need to clean up daily.

Apartamento bem antigo, precisando de reformas, chuveiros de ambos os banheiros não funcionavam(água não esquentava), imediatamente avisei a proprietária e ela ficou de mandar um técnico e nunca mais apareceu. E também não me deu retorno. Tive que dar banho gelado nos meus filhos pequenos. Isso me deixou bem chateada. Roupas de cama aparentavam que não tinham sido lavadas. Limpeza: banheiro com lodo na pia, barata no Hall do apto. A nossa experiência foi bem ruim, precisa melhorar nesses pontos.
