ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I HAVE STAYED IN

Very good location.

ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I STAYED IN. i have taken lots of pictures of everything faulty in the flat, but unfortunately it only allowed me to add 4. I RARELY complain and this will be my 2nd complain in Booking history, BUT I had to do it, so maybe some of you won’t have to face the same thing ! The stay was very unpleasant. Quick breakdown: - prior to arrival the HOST was IGNORING our questions about the appartment , check in etc. Thought it was odd but let it slide. - it was NOT CLEAN, dirty matt in the bathroom, dust and was full of hairs everywhwere including the bed , it was smelling of mould and was not what it looked like in the pictures. Lots of broken things (cabinet doors, chairs, sofabed) - TO FINALISE there was NOT ENOUGH BED COVERS in the flat, even tho we made a booking for 3 ppl, there was only ONE DUVET. So at this point one of us have to sleep on a broken sofabed and without a bed cover. I have then kindly messaged the host to ask about it, and also mentioned the fact that the appartment is not clean and that we found lots of hairs and dirt all around as soon as we arrived. The Host answered and suggested that the hair was mine or my friends and told to check the wardrobe to see that one duvet that we already saw. There was also one small bed sheet that he was propably refering to as a duvet. But unfortunately the flat was so dark and pretty cold at night that was not an option. I then replied and asked for additional covers and was ONCE AGAIN IGNORED. So in result one of us had to stay elsewhere and we shared the one duvet that was there. The stay could have been better If the host would have reacted and tried to solve at least the covers situation. But they seemed to not care since they already got the money.
