Really friendly and helpful staff, fab location, historic building with good amenities.
Would have benefited from a slightly larger shower cubical, given the size of the bathroom.

The location was perfect for us attending a wedding. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Downham Market seemed a lovely town with a good choice of restaurants.
The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was very soft and the duvet felt heavy. Also the furniture made the room feel dated.

I know this is an old property, but not sure which creaked more my bed or the floor boards in room 17

Location and parking was good. David who took us to our room was very helpful and informative.
Unable to open wardrobe doors as they were either stuck or locked? Shower was the worst I have ever experienced, hardly any pressure, took ages to get wet!
