We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. Free parking outside. The communal area was very well equipped. The air conditioning in our bedroom was excellent. It kept us very cool. The bed was very comfortable. We had a good sleep. There is a large walk in shower which was excellent. The breakfast was just enough to set us up for the day. We can certainly recommend the property.
There was nothing to dislike.

La residenza del viale è una struttura nuova, ben tenuta, pulita, accogliente con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, buona anche la posizione. Ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno interno e solo al primo piano c'è la zona comune per fare colazione. QNon riuscendo ad effettuare il check-in in orario abbiamo contattato Kikka che è stata gentilissima, disponibile a ricevere i nostri documenti online ma soprattutto disponibile con un video a mostrarci le nostre stanze spiegandoci come funzionavano le chiavi per i vari ingressi. Anche nei giorni successivi ci ha scritto per sapere come stavamo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi.
