Neat and clean apartment with spacious rooms and excellent location if you have a car. Overall a good value for money.
Mattress not comfortable at all and washrooms need good drainage system.

Good customer service was excellent and anything requested was immediately responded and provided
Property confirmed me room on ground floor as I explicitly mentioned that I have parents on wheel chair but I was given room on first floor where they have to take 3-4 stairs step to take elevator. It should be wheelchair friendly premises.
At time of stay construction work was going on ground floor and no cleaning was there.
Furniture needs to be improved specially beds.
Prayer mats were not available

The apartment was clean, had space.
Entrance is not easy to spot. 2 buildings look identically the same with same room numbers, photo was provided in instructions including both buildings which you cannot differentiate between. Walked to the office and the people were confused to what i was saying and asking if they can guide us to where our room is but were oblivious to it and were confused. Met with doorman after contacting for 10 mins. The washing machine was broken and wasn't working. Bed sheets weren't clean and had stains on them, had to request new ones and put on ourselves instead of changing for us. Dirt/ stains on sofas
