Quite a large apartment, easily accommodated us (3 couples). Spacious rooms, bathrooms, kitchen/dining area plus large living room. Step out the door right into the heart of Orvieto!
Easy location to explore both the city & surrounding areas.
We were able to park our car outside the ztl zone at piazza Marconi. Very walkable & charming place!
We had nothing that would have made us not like our stay here.

The apartment was very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We spent most of our time together in the lovely kitchen/dining room. The location was fantastic. The owners were very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and cooking classes, and left us helpful information on the location of the nearest grocery market and pharmacy.
It was unfortunate that the extended building renovation meant that scaffolding surrounded the apartment but we understand that this was out of the control of the apartment owners.

The apartment was much larger than anticipated which was lovely! It was very clean, well furnished, and well stocked - there were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, and cooking utensils. The location cannot be beat - right on the main street of Orvieto, within walking distance of anything you'd like to see in the town. We had a rental car, and while the apartment is in a ZTL zone, we had no issues parking outside the zone a very short walk away from the apartment.
