Super peaceful and the screened-in deck was perfect for humans and pets alike, especially in the summer morning! The house is nicely stocked with kitchen utensils, blankets, etc. which was really helpful and convenient. It was a great location and very comfortable.
This is not about the property. But when we called Evolve to pay the additional pet cost, the total went from $50 (we ask beforehand and thought this was a fair price) to $73 or $74 because of tax. I challenged the increased rate, (no way tax should add 50% to the cost) and they said it was a glitch and changed it. So, just FYI if needing to pay the pet fee.

The broken gate latch allowed the gate to swing and bang on the railing all the time
