Our host Elsa met us in person and was very friendly and helpful about the area and things to do. The accommodation was very comfortable and in a very quiet location.We were only 20 minute walk away from the centre of Troyes. We also had the bonus of having a garden area.
We knew in advance about the spiral staircase in advance but as seniors with arthritis we managed it fine.

Das Haus war sehr sauber mit einem kleinen Garten, wo wir essen konnten. Geschmackvoll dekoriert, große Dusche, Waschmaschine. Der Gastgeber, den wir einmal kurz kontaktiert hatten, hat sofort geantwortet und war sehr freundlich.
In der Beschreibung stand zwei Schlafzimmer aber es war im ersten Stock nur ein Schlafzimmer: auf der einen Seite mit einem fr. Bett, auf der anderen Seite zwei Stockbetten getrennt mit einem Vorhang. Für zwei junge Kinder ist es bestimmt ideal, für unseren großen 16 jährigen Sohn jedoch nicht. Er hat im EG auf dem Sofa übernachtet, hat dann gepasst.

Die Lage mit Parkplatz und Terrasse ist super. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir durften schon etwas früher einchecken. Unseren Hund durften wir ebenfalls mitbringen. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß, das WC getrennt.
Leider war die Küche (Schränke sowie Geschirr) nicht sauber. Die Angabe "Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmer" ist irreführend. Es handelt sich um ein Haus aufgeteilt auf 2 Ebenen, eine Wendeltreppe führt ins obere Stockwerk und dort sind offen 1 Doppelbett und 1 Stockbett, diese befinden sich nicht in eigenen Räumen. Die Wendeltreppe ist sehr laut.
