Il s'agit plutôt d’une maison, attenante que d’un zppartement ( living en bas. 2 chambres, salle bain et terrasse à l’étage).
Le logement est récent et mis en location depuis cette année
Bel espace.
Cuisine équipée avec four, micro-ondes ...
Tout est très propre
La maison n’est pas équipée de clim ( à notre étonnement, pas trés fréquente dans la région) mais de ventilateurs, au plafond notamment, et reste assez fraîche ( alors qu’il faisait entre 35 et 40 à l’ombre quand nous y étions)
Terrasse agréable
Excellent accueil des propriétaires
Et le bonus, une piscine, commune aux autres logements
