The staff in overall are friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. Location is fairly near to Pantai Cenang minus all the noises. Our room is clean, with sufficient amenities.
Breakfast is provided but quite basic. Do not have direct access to the beach (but they do have buggy to send us there and pick up.

Love the food here, breakfast is great, super choices, and very tasty. Great views, lovely staff and super clean and comfy. We tried the food at the Thai restaurant this trip and it was amazing! Well worth a visit and the chefs and staff were super friendly and welcoming. Really 100% recommended we'll be staying again for sure !!

The hotel is beautifully built, modern, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with Cenang Beach and the shopping mall conveniently nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay in a great location.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, even after we brought it to the staff’s attention. The hot water also stopped working on several occasions, and the room key cards frequently stopped working, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was another area that could be improved, as the dining area felt very congested and the overall breakfast selection and quality were not particularly impressive.
