Good value and next to mall
Both washrooms were missing toilet paper. There was no toilet roll also on any of the cupboards

The palce is clean, nice view from the balcony, basically just next to the mall.
If you want to have local food, you have to drive even though the restaurant is just the opposite on the other side. Impossible to cross. Busy roads

Convenient location, walking distance to IOI mall although the mall is quite limited in f&b selection.
Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets, so our big family doesn’t need to fight for toilet.
1) Apartment was super dirty!! (refer photos)
- When we checked in, bedsheet was wrinkled and hair found on pillow. Suspect they didn’t even change the sheets after previous stay!
- clumps of hair and dust found in many places (drawer, under bed and fake flowers in the vase)
- used tissue found under bed and drawer
- floor was very dusty
2) Only thin blanket given for 3 single beds. Duvet given for queen beds. So if you are scared of cold, bring your own blanket.
3) socket in very weird location. Only one socket in kitchen area and located up high, luckily we brought our own extension cord.
4) only 4 sets of cutlery and cups provided although this apartment can sleep up to 11 pax.
5) Carpark information given was wrong. We spent a lot of time finding the allocated lot.
