The place itself was very nice and the staff were incredible and very kind. The room is exactly what you need if you’re just looking for a nice place to stay if you will be commuting and exploring during the day. Very very close to the statioj and a Tesco/Sainsbury to pick up essentials.
The elevator seemed to be under maintenance in the last few days of our trip.

I love that The location was secure, and you had to use a card to get in. I also love the fact that it was right next to the train station.
The only issue that I have, was I felt the cleaning stuff should have cleaned the kitchen a bit more often.

Great position (close to the tube station, bus stops, mini-markets and restaurant)
Not particularly clean (especially the laundry room): the picture shows the mass of dust that was in a corner of my room.
Rooms were not well furnished (even of basic cooking stuff or even a broom).
There has been a mistake during my check-in that surfaced only by pure chance: they had assigned me the wrong room and as a result, I had to move mid-stay. If it hadn’t come up by chance, I probably would’ve had someone get in my room while I was there, or get my stuff kicked out while out.
Nothing was done to make up for the mistake.
