Very good location, comfortable & clean apartment. Lots to do in the neighbourhood, which feels very safe. Met in person by a personable representative for a hand over of the keys. The apartment is on the ground floor, but is perfectly secure. Kitchen & small lounge as well as patio. Three bedrooms, two singles & one double, all en-suite (toiletries provided). Immediate response when we alerted them to a minor piece of damage that we noticed shortly after arriving. Overall, this was a decent place to stay for the price.
The decoration is a little tired, the apartment lacks natural light, and some of the furniture is of the more cheap variety (but still perfectly functional). Some noise can carry from the other flats in the building above; this was the case when we stayed from Friday-Sunday, but no doubt this is typical of Madrid at the weekend. Do be aware that if you do not submit all personal details for the check- in for all guests well in advance do expect to be contacted, including by phone; they are very particular about this. Finally, we were told that the nearest metro stop was over 1 kilometre away. As we had been in city several times before, we suspected this not to be the case; the nearest metro stop in fact turned out to be about two minutes from the apartment; we were surprised that we had been misinformed about something that should have been so obvious.

Hermosa ubicación, el barrio muy tranquilo, y ubicado a la vuelta de grandes tiendas como Zara y El corte inglés. El departamento muy cómodo, limpio y en buenas condiciones. Muy cómodo para estadía de grupos.

Ubicacion y disponer de un baño para cada inquilino
que tuvimos una inundacion uno de los 3 dias en uno de los baños alcanzando el pasillo y parte de otra habitacion que solventaron al dia siguiente tras una noche en vela pero el propietario no tuvo ningun tipo de deferencia cuando le solicitamos dejar las maletas unas horas tras la salida en algun sitio
