A week before I arrive, the host texted me saying the building I booked was full and moved me to another building of the same system. The new one is nearby, I have been staying with Sumitomo many times so quite familiar with their services. The host, the guard and the housekeeper are all very nice and accommodating. Room is spacious, free big bottle of water during the stay, cleaning 3 times/week. Location is great, near many eateries. Taxi can park right outside.
Can offer the bathroom with shower and normal floor instead of integrating with the bath tub, not everyone likes bathtub, especially when it doesn't look very hygiene and quite unstable to step on. Easily to fall. The shower curtain makes the whole floor wet.

Great apartment. Clean and spacious! A good location if you want a quieter stay outside of the touristy Old Quarter area but not far from it either. Walking distance to good Japanese food and Vietnamese food markets.
The language barrier made it slightly difficult for check in
