A very good location and a very comfortable and well equipped apartment

Perfect location, very clean, very well equipped

Nothing . All good

Terrible experience unless you enjoy filth and dreadful customer service

The location was good

I have never stayed in such a filthy apartment. There was food all over the floor including somebody’s croissant, the dust was deep enough to write on, the showers were mouldy and there were silver fish scurrying around the apartment. The agents offered to send in a cleaner the following day but required us to be there and we had already planned to be out for the day. No offer was made to resolve it the day we arrived which meant they expected us to ‘put up with it’ for 50% of our stay. Apart from the filth the facilities are very lacking. The drawers are full of rubbish but no instructions on how to operate è.g. the coffee machine or silence the answer phone that beeps constantly throughout the night. You are greeted by odd slippers/sandals thrown in the corner and a box of old cables in the living room. The sofas are stained and dirty as are the bedside cabinets. I visit London very regularly as my daughter is working there and this is by far the worse place we have stayed. Houst (the guest support team) failed to respond to messages in a timely fashion and refused to refund any element of our stay. I would avoid staying here if you expect cleanliness or value for money.
