Clean and relatively fresh repair.
Continous mechanical noise and vibration, probably of some sort of machinery, totally unexpected.
Requested twin room with two single beds were not provided, staff was not available at the check in, so no one to resolve the issue.
The room was not cleaned during our stay.
Toilet door lock was out of order, impossible to close the door completely.
Toilet light motion sensor set in a way it won't detect a person in the shower.

Location, courtyard, candy at reception
staff was friendly and i was able to check in way earlier than i was supposed to !
walls were dirty, very poorly insulated i could here the next room snoring. tea kettle was unplugged and there were no outlets to plug into without having to move the mini fridge.
