The hotel is located right next to Medina with a beautiful terrace facing the entire city. Our favorite part of the stay was having a tea on the terrace in the evening overlooking the old Fes.
Fadwa helped us a lot with arranging the taxis, extras for the room and other small things that we needed for our stay.
The room we booked had a dining terrace right above the room and it was very loud as the guests were dragging chairs all the way up to midnight. Also the windows were facing a square which becomes very loud after 9pm and up to 2am..

The building is beautiful, and they have done a wonderful job of preserving the original features and character of the palace. It’s fascinating to wander through its rooms and get lost exploring the property. The views from the different rooms, as well as from the restaurant, are absolutely breathtaking.
The service is excellent, and Yusef in particular was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay very comfortable and truly enjoyable.

Location is excellent just in the middle of the medina. The restaurant for the breakfast was wonderful everything fresh and tasty. Chaimae from reception and chaimar from the restaurant tazi both were professional and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you palais fes.
There was some loud music noises from other hotel at night .

Wow what a beautiful building. The location was amazing. We stayed in the 3 bedroom sultana suite. I have stayed in a lot of 5 star accommodations but this for me tops the lot. The architecture and intricacy of the decor was grand and fit for royalty. You get a feel of what it felt like to be royalty staying here. The staff were awesome and always on hand to help. The reception manager was great and helpful. The team in the restaurant were incredible too. If ever I came back to fes this is where I'd be staying.
