Everything , staffs, rooms, breakfast, facilities, honesty of the staffs when my handbag was forgotten and they found it and brought it back to me, my gold bracelet left in the room. Reception staffs, the spa coordinator ladies, massages and treatments. One of Best hotel with well trained welcoming staffs. I will be back soon inshallah.

Igiene perfetto. Cibo ottimo e molto variato. Back-Office, Direzione e Staff Ristorante à la carte, disponibile e molto Professionale. Persone distinte.
Non mi é piaciuto il servizio al bar interno. Il Direttore del medesimo è arrogante! Avendo una certa età pensa di poter fare quello che vuole. ..molto cafone, snob e presuntuoso! Non mantiene l'ordine ed il rispetto che dovrebbe esserci in questo rispettoso Hotel 4 stelle! VEDERE FOTO...!!! La sera io non mi reco più per il dopo cena!! Ambiente non accogliente anche presso la SPA.
