It was a nice and quiet area. The house was spacious for the size of the group we had. We didn't feel cramped when the whole group was at the house in the evenings. The kids liked the basement space with the pool table and ping pong table.

The house was a bit outdated. It showed some work had been done but had not been completed or it was sloppy finishes. The furniture appeared old and the beds in the first floor bedrooms were not comfortable. The major issue we had which the owner was notified when we experienced it, was the lack of hot water. We learned the hard way the first night there when everyone needed to take showers. Half our group ended up taking cold ( seriously cold!) showers. When owner was notified, she just advised we take time in between showers. It took our group every night 2-3 hours for everyone to shower and the last 2 guests still did not, at the least, get lukewarm water. When i reached out again, the property owner never replied.
