Horrible

Just the location.

As full time travellers, this is the most uncomfortable place we have ever stayed in. It’s a shame because it has potential to be much better. Firstly, the shower has no door or curtain and the shower head points straight out of the shower so it is basically a wet room and everything gets wet. Also the shower head is so low that you can’t even wash your hair or face properly. Secondly, the bed is horrendous. It was more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The bed base was extremely noisy, even the tinniest move, it made a noise and if you look under the bed, the slates holding the mattress is not secure and are extremely weak. We are not big people but those slates could have easily just broken completely. We chose to sleep on the floor instead. Thirdly, the lounge that actually looks like a waiting room or hotel lobby is not comfortable for chilling. You definitely cannot ‘lounge’ on that. It’s basically like a chair you would expect in a waiting room. The kitchen has barely any bench space. As it’s a basement, if there’s any events or loud music going on, it goes straight through. Horrible experience.

I do not recommend staying there nor using non responsive Booking.com as platform.

Place was rather clean and in good location but the rest was not how it was portrayed in the booking post. Booking.com was difficult to contact and not helpful at all with my complaint.

Misleading comment ref nice balcony, basement below street level w/ brm window well not compliant for egress, missing kettle and coffee maker listed in post. Had to move out, did not receive reimbursement.

I was very happy to be a small walking distance from the property. It’s easy to locate.

La ubicación, muy céntrica y conectada al autobús del aeropuerto. El dormitorio era amplio y cómodo.

La tapa del WC estaba rota, no podías sentarte. No había cortina de ducha, por lo que el baño se encharcaba. Por otro lado, las ventanas dan a un "patio inglés" muy estrecho y la zona es ruidosa (esto es normal al ser céntrico) aunque el apartamento tiene ventanas de buena calidad que amortiguan el ruido.
