Animali “benvenuti”… ma a quale prezzo?

Appartamento caratteristico e in buone condizioni

Se siete una famiglia con animali al seguito, fate molta attenzione: questa è la mia pessima esperienza con questa struttura e, dopo quello che è successo, il mio consiglio è di starne alla larga! 3 maggio: prenoto per la prima settimana di agosto: 4 adulti + i miei 2 piccoli cani al seguito. Il pagamento automatico (circa 1.100 €) è previsto due settimane prima del soggiorno. La mail di conferma dice che dovrò pagare in loco 58,80 € di tassa di soggiorno e che per gli animali “potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento”, senza però indicare alcun importo. Non ci faccio caso, convinto che si tratti di una cifra contenuta, come normalmente mi è capitato con altre strutture (5/10 € a cane al giorno). Col senno di poi, che errore. Fin qui, comunque, tutto bene. 16 luglio: viene effettuato il pagamento, ormai irreversibile. 22 luglio: a pagamento già effettuato ricevo una mail dall'host che, oltre alla tassa di soggiorno già nota, aggiunge: “Extra opzionali: Animali domestici 25,00 € per animale per notte”. Per due cani significa 50 € al giorno. Un costo che, per la mia esperienza, è decisamente fuori scala rispetto a quanto mi è normalmente capitato di pagare per gli animali in altre strutture, e soprattutto un costo che non mi era stato quantificato prima del pagamento. È questo il punto che contesto: mi sono trovato ad aver già pagato il soggiorno senza conoscere in anticipo l'importo di un supplemento che, nel nostro caso, ammontava complessivamente a 350 €. 27 luglio: scambio di messaggi WhatsApp con la host, che mi conferma i 25 € per cane e mi comunica anche che il secondo cane viene accettato “eccezionalmente”, perché normalmente ne accettano uno solo. Anche questa limitazione, prima di quel momento, non mi risultava essere stata comunicata.

☀️Tolles Wochende☀️

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in diesem Appartement auf dem Hofgut. Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert – überall gab es schöne kleine Besonderheiten zu entdecken. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Whirlpool mit dem traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen. Die Atmosphäre war so gemütlich, dass man die Wohnung am liebsten gar nicht verlassen wollte. Trotzdem haben wir die Gelegenheit genutzt und Ausflüge nach Trauttmansdorff sowie ins Freibad Lido Schenna unternommen, die beide sehr empfehlenswert sind. Auch wenn wir nur ein Wochenende hier verbracht haben, haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in diesem Appartement auf dem Hofgut. Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert – überall gab es schöne kleine Besonderheiten zu entdecken. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Whirlpool mit dem traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen. Die Atmosphäre war so gemütlich, dass man die Wohnung am liebsten gar nicht verlassen wollte. Trotzdem haben wir die Gelegenheit genutzt und Ausflüge nach Trauttmansdorff sowie ins Freibad Lido Schenna unternommen, die beide sehr empfehlenswert sind. Auch wenn wir nur ein Wochenende hier verbracht haben, haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!
