Een unieke ervaring in Larache

Wat leuk om hier te verblijven! We mochten kiezen welke kamer we wilden, we kozen voor de kamer aangrenzend aan de "common room", de centrale woonkamer, waar ook het ontbijt geserveerd werd, aan een grote tafel voor alle gasten. Fatima Zzahra en Hassan zijn heel gastvrij en aardig. Het is alsof je bij familie logeert! De kamer was groot, met een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoons bed, met aangrenzende badkamer. De hele riad ademt geschiedenis en ligt pal in de medina. De auto stond veilig op een bewaakt parkeerterreintje vlakbij. Er was ook een dakterras. Hartelijke ontvangst, en een meer dan hartelijk afscheid.

Veel stijle trappen.

Acierto total

Un acierto total. El edificio está en plena Medina, y es muy fácil de encontrar. Las vistas son increíbles desde la terraza, ya que es de los edificios más altos de la Medina. Los dueños, Hassan y Fátima son una maravilla. Cenamos y desayunamos con ellos, y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. No les falta detalles y no dudaran en ayudar con cualquier cosa o duda.

Experiencia muy positiva

Hassan es una persona magnífica y que tienes que conocer si vas a visitar Larache. El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días en Larache. En pleno centro de la ciudad y al lado de todos los lugares de interés. Todo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno que preparó Fátima era muy bueno también. Volveré a Larache para alojarme en este estupendo alojamiento y visitar nuevamente a Hassan.

Un séjour dans une demeure très belle, très bien décorée et très confortable.

L’atmosphère d’une maison avec un cachet exceptionnel, patinée par le temps, ayant gardé toute son âme. L’hôte des lieux est charmant. La maison mérite d’y séjourner quelques jours. Et vous succombez à son charme immédiatement. Emplacement idéal dans la médina à la frontière avec la place principale.

Fantastic Location, central to the cafe’s & restaurants, adjacent to the market & on the edge of the medina.

Perhaps Breakfast could include some fresh fruit. Then again the medina & market is right in the doorstep !

Family!

This quick visit to Larache gave me the best experience and new friends. Hassan was an exceptional guest! He even went to the airport to pick me up. The house is beautiful, a precious gift in the center of the city. And on top of that, I had the best breakfast ever. Words will not be enough to thank him for his hospitality. Hassan, Fátima y Fátima, always thankful! I hope I can go back sometime. Choukran! :)

Superb

Travel in time in this authentic house right in the center of Larache! You will be very warmly received by Hassan and Fatima. At the huge dining table you will taste local delicacies, hear tales of the past and insights in the present Moroccan life, but you'll also meet other fellow travellers, chance encounters that make travelling so enriching. Enjoy the surprisingly comfortable vintage decor, the panoramic view from the rooftop terrace and above all, the warmth and hospitality of the owners.

Unfortunately people with reduced mobility will not be able to enjoy this experience, because of the beautiful but very steep stairs. The authentic vintage furnishings may be an issue for people with allergies

very good experience with fatima and hassan (arabic, french, spanish and english), authentic moroccan house in the medina, close to everything (coast, shops, restaurants,...), felt like beeing part of the family, there was also space for the bicycle (you have to carry it up steep steps)

Overall It was a excellent experience with lovely family of Mr Hassan. I would love to stay there.

It was a great stay experience. When I reached the stay location, the owner Mr. Hassan himself came to receive me at outside of the location. He offered welcome drinks and coffee / Tea that were not part of the booking. The historical house is maintained and decorated in a beautiful way that attracts me a lot. Mr. Hassan and his wife Fatima were involved personally to take care of all guests and treat them as family members. Their central table which was commonly available for all guests, was a location for a cultural exchange among guests. The location is great that having all amenities available nearby. From rooftop, you can see an unforgettable view of the sea and old Madena.

Exceptional

This was our favorite stay in Morocco so far. A, beautiful and very comfortable historical townhouse with a terrace overlooking the city and the ocean. Unique, authentic charm far from the usual touristic "traditional" offers. Spacious sitting area with mid century furniture and lots of plants. We were travelling with our bikes and we had no problem storing them in the house. There are a few steps to climb, but mr. Hasan and his lovely wife, Fatima, will go out of their way to help you and make you as comfortable as possible. Great value for money. Also, delicious breakfast :)

Beeing at La Maison Haute is like beeing with your friends at the most beautiful place in town.

We had the most beautiful and happy time during our stay with Hassan. Beeing at La Maison Haute is not like beeing in a Hotel, it is way more. It’s beeing at home with friends and family making memories. Hassan will be there, what ever you need. Drink Tea and enjoy the stories and exchange your experiences. The house is colourful, beautifully old and full of areas to be relaxed. Enjoy the view at the city centre from the living room and watch the market or take a look after the turtles at the terrace, while checking out the waves at the beach. And most important, if possible, enjoy Hassan’s dinner. We can still taste the great flavours, when thinking about it. So from the bottom of our hearts: Thank you Hassan for these precious and beautiful moments, we will never forget! You have created a very special place to be.
