Fabulous view of the lake and fountain and sandy beach area from your furnished balcony and the pool from your entrance! Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen including brand new refrigerator and oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker (regular drip) and brand new kitchen ware to make your favorite meals and enjoy them on your balcony at brand new patio set with padded chairs and table or at your Kitchen table. The living room area includes Brand New Futon for 1-2 more guests, 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table,  flat screen cable tv and dining room table. Private Bedroom offers Brand New King Bed 2023  with luxury linens and duvet and duvet cover and plenty of pillows bureau, closet, TV, side tables and lamps.
