We offer a queen bed and convertable sofa, this home can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child for your getaway in western NY. Whether its for a Bills or Sabres game, concert, work/shopping trip, or to visit family and friends. Bring your login for HULU, Netflix, Amazon, free channels, and more for the TV. Peacock is installed with free access. The full kitchen is complete with a traditional coffee maker. Coffee, and condiments are provided. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining essentials to prepare a meal or have food delivered from some of the delicious restaurants nearby. The studio is attached to a Victorian style home located in the historical village. Less than 10 miles away is the Chestnut Ridge Park with hiking trails, frisbee golf, volleyball, Toboggan hill, tennis courts, a playground, and more. Guest access You will have the entire unit to yourself! We use an electronic door lock so you can come and go as you please. Makes check-in and check-out simple. Location in a nice area that is convenient to local restaurants, shops and walking areas. It was the perfect spot for a short stay. The only downfall is the TINY shower, but it had been reviewed before so it wasn’t a surprise. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice studio with all amenities you need to cook and relax. Right in the heart of the village and great for getting to Bills game…avoiding all the traffic coming in from the north.

This is a cozy 1 room stay. Bathroom (especially the shower) was a little small but for a couple days it was perfect. Will surely rent here again.

Located within walking distance of the village of Hamburg, this tastefully decorated studio apartment is cosy and well appointed. Stocked with coffee, creamer, and sugar, which helped start our days off right. Bathroom is small and shower would be tight for a larger size individual.

Came to the area for a horse show. It was 10 min from the grounds. So clean and ideal for the weekend

This studio is perfect for one or two people. The unit is clean and tastefully decorated. It is well stocked with dishes, glassware and cookware. The shower is on the small size and a little awkward, but i was able to make it work. The location of the unit is convenient to the village of Hamburg and surrounding suburbs. It is a 30 minute drive to Buffalo airport and the downtown area.
