We had a great time in St. Louis and the property was great. JZ Properties was very responsive and gave us a 2 hour early check in because the property was ready. Thank You!
First, let me say I would definitely stay there again BUT the neighbors are idiots!
I knew this ahead of time because of other reviews. It doesn't matter how quiet you are, you are going to get an email from JZ Properties about the noise. I assume they have to send this as they get a call from the neighbors.
We were gone most of the day and evenings and when we were there it was for naps or for the night.
My advice is enjoy your stay, when you get the email about the noise, don't let it bother you and go about doing what you were doing.
Our guess is the neighbors don't like having a rental next to them so this is the only way they can get back at the owner. If we really were loud, maybe, they should knock at the door and talk to us, but it is easier for them to coware in their house and make a phone call, because lets face it, no one was noisy.
