Nestled in Guia, this attractive house for $364 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beach House is an imposing family villa on Club Albufeira on 2 floors boasting 4 big bedrooms, two large en suite facilities, one large bathroom and one cloakroom plus air conditioning in all rooms for those hot summer days. The villa is very well furnished throughout offering modern comforts, privacy and a good sense of space so ideal for either one large family, 2 smaller families or just friends! Two bathrooms have been recently modernised for the demand of modern day living with walk in showers. Beautifully done and has storage for your accessories etc The hallway is equipped with some toys, books, games etc which then opens to a stunning lounge then goes through to the kitchen/diner. The lounge has 2 patio doors onto the terrace where there are rattan table and chairs and then onto your private beautiful pool. From the kitchen/diner there is another set of patio doors to the same terrace. There are two upstairs bedrooms which have balconies overlooking the pool and two downstairs bedrooms overlooking the pool and gardens which are just off the hallway. On the terrace just by the kitchen there is a built in BBQ so perfect for Alfresco dining! The terrace has plenty of rattan furniture seating and soft lighting for those lazy evenings and is covered so its perfect for those not wanting to sit in the sun all day. The fully enclosed gardens are beautifully looked after with plenty of grass for the children to play on and plenty of shrubs/trees to look at. The pool has plenty of sunbeds for sunbathing and a parasol. Please note the pool is not fenced off. There are aprx 12 steps leading up to the pool with a gate at the top and bottom. The pool can also be accessed via the grass which is on a slope There are electric shutters to offer that added security and also helps to keep the house cool in the summer months. There is FREE WIFI at the villa together with a 42' Plasma screen with a TV There is a DVD player There is a WII console Towels are provided for the bathrooms but please bring your own beach/pool towels. The villa is located on the popular Club Albufeira so you have complete access to the well looked after grounds which include 4 pools, snack bars, 2 restaurants, play park, mini golf, well stocked supermarket and tennis courts which are across the road at Camping Albufeira. Here you also have access to - please see reception for details. There is a complimentary shuttle twice a day from reception to the Old Town. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then there is no need to hire a car - we can organize a private return transfer for your party. The Old Town takes around 20 minutes to walk, 5 minutes by taxi and the local bus takes around 5 minutes. You have the best of both worlds being on the Club, having your own villa and using the facilities the club has to offer - if you want a change of scenery then why not enjoy the 4 pools, restaurants, snack bars, tennis courts, mini golf and children’s club in the summer months.

We had a fantastic stay at the Beach House, the villa is a great size with 4 good bedrooms. The two upstairs both have generous en suites and are reached by an impressive staircase. The pool is an excellent size and the property was perfect for 4 adults and 4 boys aged 10-16. The location in Clubbe Albuferia is great, right by the mini mart and near both restaurants and snack bar which were friendly and good.choice of food. The communication was brilliant, Cami responded quickly to any queries and was so helpful. It might be helpful to have a book with instructions for the villa to avoid having to ask and as we all love coffee a bigger coffee machine would be useful but these are suggestions and did not impact the great week we spent there.

The only things we had which we think should be addressed is no blackout curtains in 3 of the bedrooms so very bright. Sunbeds need updating and some of the steps need looking at, also would have liked some info on things around us but cabs were very well priced and everyone so nice. Look forward to coming back to Portugal.

We loved this rental. We were a large group of seven adults and this spacious home was perfect. We had car rentals and found it to be a good central location to go anywhere along the Algarve coast
We walked downtown and to the restaurants in the area
Coming back each day to the pool was such a treat and we took advantage of the outdoor dining area and barbecue
Lots of private sleeping accommodations for a large group made it very comfortable too
The property management were very welcoming and kept in contact to ensure we had everything we needed.
Overall, an excellent choice to stay!

A really good size villa, I stayed for 2 weeks in august with my wife and two teenage sons, villa was much bigger than expected and could easily accommodate a much larger family or group. The pool was a good size and although it is accessed via a few steps this did not bother us at all but should be a consideration if traveling with elderly persons or very young children. All the rooms where air conditioned and in good order. The location was great and the overall complex was very good. There are 3 poolside restaurants/cafes on site alongside the 3 communal pools that you can use should you wish. There is also a small shop where you can get a few bits from but there are plenty of larger supermarkets nearby. We hired a car and would recommend this as the villa is not really a walkable distance from Albufeira town or beach. The management company where on hand and very useful and any questions or issues where quickly addressed by Sonja. My only feedback would be there are a couple of repairs/ updates that would make this villa perfect, they would be the bathroom from the master bedroom is looking a little tired and look out of place when compared to the other two refitted shower rooms. There was a hole in the bottom of the pool with several tiles missing and there was a high number of light bulbs missing. However none of these issues changed my opinion that overall this is an excellent villa and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa for a holiday stay

We (7 adults and 1 toddler) spent a week here in early June 2022. Villa is located in the Club Albufeira complex so a couple of bars, restaurants and pools to choose from onsite, or about a 25min walk into the old town and less then 5 mins in a taxi (around €5!).
Pros: Booking process and contact with property manager was seamless and Sonja was great to deal with. She also arranged our transfers to and from the airport which was a super help. The villa itself is a great size, loads of room for us all, and the pool, air con and patio were especially fabulous in the 30+ degree heat. Villa itself was clean and had everything you could possibly need, plenty of spare towels, sheets, utensils etc.
Very small cons: lots of marble/glass/tiles for anyone travelling with small kids. Also there is about 10 tiled steps up to the pool from the patio which is not very clear in pictures, not a problem for us but can be dangerous when wet!
However the pros completely outweighed the cons and we are already looking towards our next visit :)

Booking and arrival where great, communication was fantastic prior to arrival and very accommodating.
We were welcomed by Sonja who explained how everything worked and the local area, which was lovely and helpful.
The villa is a lovely size and well laid out with all you would need throughout your stay.
Some parts of the villa need some maintenance and it was not as clean as I would have expected, which was a real shame, but I think this was simply due it being the end of a busy season, as previous reviews don't suggest this.
The pool area is lovely once you get up to it, however the steps to the pool are steep, and some of the tiles are loose which was a bit worrying not just for the children but even for us grown ups, as they become very slippery.
Overall a nice stay. The complex is great and is very close to alburfia.

We had a great time at the villa. A couple of minor issues which were resolved very quickly. The downstairs bedroom areas although not a nice as the upstairs were adequate. The kids loved playing in the pool. The water was very cold but fine once you got used to it and we knew that would be the case before we got there.
The close proximity of a little shop to top up on fresh milk and bread was very handy and the pool areas on the club albufeira site were great. We found the food at these to be good too.
As we had small children and a member of the group with difficulty walking distances we regularly took taxis etc and found these to be very reasonable. Kids loved Zoomarine... so much, we went twice.
All in all a great holiday and would recommend the villa. You need to keep an eye on smaller children around the garden/pool areas but a great place in a great location.

This is lovely bright villa with its on pool on a large complex of apartments and villas. It is a 25 minute stroll in to Albufeira old town but if you’d prefer not to walk taxis are very reasonable. I stayed with my family for a week in September and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What can i say... A beautiful property in a lovely area. As a disabled guest i would have liked railings on the front entry stairs but apart from that it was lovely.
Very clean and all mod cons. We felt very safe.
Swimming pool iwas divine and again very clean. Great, quick access to the Strip and Old Town by taxi but also 4 additoonal swimming pools on the resort.
I LOVED. this property and this contrubuted to a lovely holiday.
Will definitely book again.

A lovely villa and location. Only a couple of minor details which we didn’t realise before going was steep steps up to pool area and open frontage to villa making it a little difficult with young toddlers. And lack of parasols around pool and high chair as promised. Other than that a fantastic place and would recommend to friends.

We had a great week here with our extended family. Villa was beautiful and photos on the website did not do it justice. Everything we needed and more was provided. Small suggestion would be to put tables and chairs on the balconies and maybe some chairs by the pool too but these are just minor things. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again😀.
