Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book. - Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty. - It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times.
