The Petrusse valley is a very nice natural spot for walking, jogging or Biking Other Things to Note: - Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay. - Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book. - Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty. - It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour. - Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited.
